Seasonal Ownership Plan 2017 Every season we receive enquiries from people who want to buy a caravan but some are prevented by the hurdle of meeting both the purchase cost, and the annual site fee. Others are not sure whether Dovercourt is the place for them. Finally, some are worried that they might not be able to make sufficient use of their own caravan. This is where a Seasonal Ownership overcomes the financial constraints by combining then costs of the caravan and the cost of the site fee in a series of staged payments. The key features are: 1. Occupation for the 2017 season of a fully serviced caravan holiday home, with the possibility of renewal of use for a subsequent year. 2. Confidence that the caravan has passed a series of rigid gas and electrical safety tests. 3. The ability to stage payments over the season after the first year. 4. Inclusive use of all Park Facilities for the owner and family group. 5. No extras other than bottled gas or electricity (metered). Conditions 1. The caravan remains the property of Hammerton Leisure Limited, no other guarantees of condition, pitch and performance are given. 2. Occupation terminates on 31st October 2017. 3. You will be notified whether occupation may be continued for the following year. 4. Occupation cannot be transferred to another person. 5. There is no part exchange value. 6. Electricity and Gas safety checks will have been carried out. This an annual test and will be charged to your account if you continue for the following season. 7. Electric meters will be read in July and October. 8. The caravan will be winterised at end of the season and the cost will be charged to your account if you continue for the following season.
